The PH-285 panhead is constructed of magnesium and has excellent support and capability. Tilting 90° is possible in both directions, & both handles can be removed & reinstalled to accomodate the occasional lefthanded user. The camera platform measures 3.6 x 4.1" (91 x 104mm), with a base diameter of 2.6" (66mm).
