Velbon's RUP-40 Aluminum Monopod is a lightweight (0.8 lb / 0.36 kg), 4-section camera support that can extend from 19.1" (48.6 cm) up to 62.3" (158.4 cm). The padded neoprene grip and rubber foot help you maintain a solid grip on the monopod (and on your camera!). The wriststrap keeps it tethered to your arm should you lose your grip while climbing or hiking.
